- Plan and Support QC activities including in-coming, in-process and outgoing processes
- Be responsible for non-conformance failures, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Participate in 8D investigations related to production nonconforming products
- Develop and document work instruction procedures together with engineering team
- Plan, conduct and participate in internal manufacturing audits
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions
- Participate In the Engineering Change Management committee and QMS approval processes
- Prepare monthly quality reports based on the operations malfunctions and corrective actions
- Support all training activities related to operation quality procedures
- Participate in risk analysis team PFMEA and monitor the AI’s
- Promote initiatives to improve quality
