Accessibility Statement

North High Tech Park Ltd. sees service accessibility as part of how we operate the park and this website. We work to ensure that people with disabilities can use the site and visit the park independently, equally and with dignity.

This statement applies to the nhp.co.il website, all of its pages in Hebrew and English, and to the physical campus of North High Tech Park in the Bar-Lev Industrial Park.

Park Accessibility

The park was planned and built in accordance with accessibility requirements, with professional guidance from Turman Berliner Safety and Accessibility Engineering Ltd. The park includes:

  • Marked accessible parking spaces
  • Accessible building entrances
  • Elevators
  • Accessible restrooms on every floor
  • Accessible meeting rooms
  • Reception desk at an accessible height
  • Directional signage

Website Accessibility

The website was built to comply with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and with Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at Level AA.

Adjustments Implemented

  • Hierarchical heading structure across the site’s pages
  • Accessible names for links and controls, including image-based links
  • Alternative text for content images
  • Full keyboard navigation
  • Screen reader compatibility
  • Support for browser-based text enlargement
  • An accessibility menu allowing personal display adjustments

Last audit: The website’s accessibility is checked regularly with automated testing tools against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 standards at Levels A and AA. The most recent audit was conducted on September 19, 2026, and the issues found were either fixed or documented below.

Known Limitations

  • Some pages contain secondary text elements whose contrast ratio is lower than required. We are working to fix this.
  • Links embedded within text paragraphs are currently identified by color only. We are working to add an additional indicator.
  • Third-party content embedded on the site – videos and map components – is not fully under our control, and its accessibility level may be lower than the rest of the site.
  • Job listings on the careers page are provided by the posting companies, and some appear in one language only.
  • The park does not currently have an assistive listening system installed.

We keep fixing and improving. If you encounter an element that is not accessible, please let us know and it will be handled.
