About The Position
ole Overview: Seeking a dynamic Lead Hardware System Engineer to lead our hardware team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electro-mechanical design experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in agricultural technology.
Your Mission:
- Lead the engineering process for the development of electro-mechanical designs, from requirement definition through design, testing and product release.
- Manage and guide the internal engineering team as well as external development partners creating systems for the company.
- Define and develop system-level designs.
- Write and specify requirements.
- Analyze and investigate performance metrics.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in an engineering discipline - an advantage.
- 5 years in multi-disciplinary system design and leading engineering and NPI processes.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to the market.
- Experience in working with foreign outsourcing companies and suppliers.
- Ability to motivate and engage colleagues.
- Quick and independent learning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in issuing certifications for devices, including compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
