Senior Associate, HR Business Partner at Seatgeek
About The Position
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment
- Conduct investigations into employee concerns, grievances, and complaints, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Implement strategies to foster a culture of open communication, trust, and respect within the organization
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with the global recruitment team to manage local recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
- Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction
- Conduct regular focus groups to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with managers to address retention challenges and develop strategies to retain top performers
- Project Management (Advantageous):
- Lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience
- Utilize project management best practices to plan, execute, and evaluate programs within established timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven track record of driving engagement and fostering a positive work culture
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Ability to come into the office at least 3 days per week
- Fluency in English and Hebrew is required
