Currently, approximately 700 employees work in 30 high-tech companies in the park, with projections reaching around 5,000 employees in the future.
The park connects the companies operating within it to venture capital firms, academia, and local authorities, fostering an environment that promotes innovation, diversity, and social mobility across northern Israel and the country as a whole.

This initiative by entrepreneurs Martin Moshal and Yael Lavi, who also founded the Moshal Program to promote higher education, emphasizes their commitment to advancing intergenerational socio-economic mobility alongside successful business activity.
