The Companies Building Here

North High Tech Park is home to leading technology companies from Israel and abroad, alongside startups and engineering teams at earlier stages. International groups chose this campus to build their R&D and innovation centers. Israeli companies chose it to grow without asking their people to commute to Tel Aviv.

That mix is the point. A campus with only multinationals has no energy. A campus with only startups has no gravity. Here an engineer can move between the two without moving house.

Who is here

Around 1,000 employees work across 35 technology companies at the park, including Sandisk, Zeiss, SCD, Nayax, Nextpower and SeatGeek, in fields ranging from semiconductors and medical technology to agritech, optics and software.

Why companies choose the Western Galilee

Talent in the north is real and under-served. Engineers who trained here, or who moved here for quality of life, have historically had two options: a long daily commute, or leaving the field. A working campus changes that equation, and companies that arrive early get first access to that talent pool.

The infrastructure is the second half of the answer. International-standard buildings, fiber, security, meeting facilities, food, and free unlimited parking – the things that stop being interesting the moment they work, and never stop mattering when they do not.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of companies are based at the park?

International R&D centers, established Israeli technology companies, industrial and hardware companies, and early-stage startups. Sectors include semiconductors, medical technology, agritech, optics, defense and software.

Can we visit before deciding?

Yes. We run private tours for companies evaluating a move, and we would rather you see the campus and talk to people already here than read about it.

Is there space available?

Yes, across all three tracks – managed offices, dedicated team space and independent floors. The second building is part of an active expansion plan. See office space pricing for what each track includes.

Where exactly is the park?

Bar-Lev Industrial Park, between Akko and Karmiel in the Western Galilee, two minutes from Ahihud train station.
