Our Vision
Creating economic-social change in the region through high-tech employment that leverages the area's advantages and its diverse population.
Our Mission
The construction of the park and its occupation by leading companies employing 5,000 research and development employees.
Much more than high-tech
North High Tech Park is a significant regional growth engine, attracting top talent and innovative companies while driving a major socio-economic transformation. Currently, approximately 700 employees work in 30 high-tech companies in the park, with projections reaching around 5,000 employees in the future. The park connects the companies operating within it to venture capital firms, academia, and local authorities, fostering an environment that promotes innovation, diversity, and social mobility across northern Israel and the country as a whole.
Values and Business
North High Tech Park offers a unique business opportunity alongside social contribution. Its strategic location provides access to roughly 1.5 million residents in northern Israel. The park advances the socio-economic development of the periphery and integrates diverse populations into the high-tech industry. Companies in the park benefit from a high-quality ecosystem, proximity to academic institutions, and a diverse workforce, contributing to the vision of regional economic and social progress.
Diversity and Social Mobility as a Way of Life
North High Tech Park promotes cultural and social diversity as a catalyst for innovation and creativity. It provides high-quality employment opportunities in high-tech for residents of the periphery and diverse populations, including new immigrants, ultra-Orthodox, Druze, Circassians, and Arabs, thus enabling a significant economic and social change. This initiative by entrepreneurs Martin Moshal and Yael Lavi, who also founded the Moshal Program to promote higher education, emphasizes their commitment to advancing intergenerational socio-economic mobility alongside successful business activity.
